The PJbat Bass
The PJbat bass is a riff on a classic, inspired by my personal bass built specifically for the recording of The Answer Is None and Scar Radio albums. The original as shown has 24 frets, but unless you really want it, the standard will be 21.
Alder or Ash body
Custom Jbass-spec neck with steel stiffening rods (21 frets is standard, special 24-fret version shown)
Maple or Ebony fingerboard w/ Black dots or Mother of Pearl inlay, respectively
6150 or 6100 frets
1 1/2" width Tusq nut
Seymour Duncan Quarter Pound P/J pickup set (other models/configurations available by request)
Gotoh or Schaller bridge
Black, chrome, or gold hardware
Standard control configuration is master volume, blend, master tone; active circuitry/pickups & battery compartments available by request.
Available in a variety of solid color finishes: Natural, Arctic White, Matte or Gloss black, Metallic red or blue, and transparent dyed colors like blue (shown), red, black, purple, etc. Ask!
